Shipping policy
DELIVERY TERM
The delivery times advertised on our website count from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. All orders require a minimum standard processing and shipping time of 24 hours from the payment process.
The approximate delivery time for our shipments is 24/48 hours. If you place your order after 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, or on Fridays, weekends, eves or holidays, the delivery time could be longer.
In special and/or promotional periods such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas or Easter, the delivery time for shipments could be longer.
In some cases, depending on the delivery address, the shipment may incur customs costs, tariffs or extraordinary fees. It is the sole responsibility of the client to anticipate and assume these costs.
In some cases, depending on availability, the situation may arise that a product has been purchased but is not available for immediate shipment. Our customer service staff will try to contact you to find a solution and inform you of the new delivery time, once the product is available for shipment.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders placed on our website may incur additional shipping costs. Standard shipping is FREE for orders of €40 or more (peninsula).
Before completing the purchase process, the customer will ALWAYS be informed if their order incurs shipping costs. If you want to know the shipping costs, you can use the Shipping Calculator by entering your zip code once you have added all the products to the shopping cart.
The Shipping Calculator will return the different options for your order and zip code (depending on availability) so you can choose the one that best suits you.
We have a premium shipping service with guaranteed next-day delivery before 2:00 p.m. for orders placed from Monday to Thursday (not eves, holidays or special/promotional periods) before 4:00 p.m. (depending on availability). This service has an additional cost of €0.5. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you choose the premium shipping option, your shipping cost will be €0.5 in total.
CHANGES, MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ERRORS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct information regarding the owner/recipient of the order and delivery address.
Once the purchase process is completed, the customer will be notified via the email provided of the details of the order, including products purchased, shipping costs and delivery address. If the client detects any error in the information provided, they must contact our customer service department as soon as possible to report the error. Once the order has been processed and delivered to the transport company for dispatch, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE to amend errors or make changes to the order.
Bigsupps.site is not responsible for refunding orders that contain wrong or inaccurate addresses.
RETURNS
If the transport company cannot deliver the order after 3 attempts, either due to the non-appearance of the owner/recipient or due to errors or inaccuracies in the delivery address, the order will be returned to the Bigsupps.site facilities without the possibility of refund or refund of the amount originally paid by the client.
In the extraordinary case of not being able to process or deliver an order that has already been paid for reasons attributable to Bigsupps.site , our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the refund conditions.
Delays or unforeseen events caused by the transport company in charge of delivering your order will NOT be attributable to Bigsupps.site .
By placing the order at the time of payment, the customer is informed, understands and accepts our shipping policy, including shipping costs and information regarding modifications, refunds and returns.
